I saw an interesting
article yesterday. For those who don't follow the link, the gist of it is that the reduction in expected sun spot activity seems to indicate the next ice age is coming.
If this is right, maybe we better hope the AGW crowd is right too. Because if they are, we can fire up all the coal powered electrical plants, we can all revert to incandescent light bulbs, use our fireplaces and grills, drop CAFE standards and drive around in 70's vintage muscle cars and road barges and hope that by doing so we can avert the next ice age.
Hey, if it will mean I can once again have a car as large as my 78 Cordoba was, I will concede the AGW advocates' argument.

No, I am not THAT old. I have a three year old and I am not Anthony Quinn. I had a used 78 Cordoba in college.
