For my handful of regular readers, two quick notes:
1. Since I seem unable to remember when it is Tuesday, I am discontinuing my "No News Tuesdays". It was a good idea and kept me from writing exclusively about Obama and the election, but I can never remember that it is Tuesday. Anyway, lately I seem to be writing one non-news story for every two news stories, so no need to force myself to leave current events alone. It was a good idea, but my shaky memory made it too hard to keep up.
2. I am probably going to write less today than usual as I have some things at work that demand my attention. So if there is less on the blog than usual, that is the explanation.
