If the court is justified in ignoring Congress' express exclusion of a law from supreme court review, justified by Article III Section 2 of the Constitution, then is the executive justified in ignoring the court's ruling? I don't see George Bush turning into Andrew Jackson any time soon, but if he did, isn't he as much in the right as the court is? Somehow I doubt the press will see it that way. I am sure it will become a "crisis" and "a step toward dictatorship", though the court's arrogation of power was silently ignored.
Well, back to reading the decision itself to see if it says anything close to what the defenders and critics say.
