I apologize again for the silence of the past two or three days. After a burst of off topic or marginally topical posts, I seem to have been reduced to one post a day.
Unfortunately a combination of poor health and work has kept me form doing much more. Well, not completely true, I did write about 1/3 of the long-promised post on regulation today, but I have managed to do little else. All the promised essays, as well as some sort of commentary on the indictment of the mayor of Baltimore have all been neglected.
Hopefully in the next few days I will find enough time to reverse this trend. Thanks to all my regulars for continuing to drop by during this relatively dry spell.
