Since every time we have an unusually powerful hurricane or an unusually active hurricane season someone will claim it is "proof" of global warming, can I claim this unusually quiet hurricane season is "proof" that global warming doesn't exist?
I know. It is clearly absurd to take any single incident, or even single year, as proof in either direction. My question is, why do some eco-doomsayers think it is fine to claim warm winters of big storms as "proof", but then ignore cold summers and mild storms?
Sorry, but if they insist on using invalid proofs, I will then claim the same right and claim that our mild hurricane season clearly proves there is no global warming.
