Bad Economics Part 7". Still, I have found some interesting articles I wanted to mention, especially as I may elaborate upon them when I feel better. And so, I want to offer this
potentially good bit of news. It appears the atrocity of SOX may be successfully challenged in court. Considering all the bad news that comes out of our courts, this is particularly heartening. My regular reader Rich recently found some inspiration in the fact that a relatively mainstream media outlet was covering pro-gold arguments, I find similar hope in the fact that there is the very real possibility that courts may strike down some of the worst anti-business legislation in many years.
