I am surprised at myself, but I overlooked one very important implication of my post "
Consolidation and Diffusion". While I discussed the meaning of such a theory for medical reform and for federalism and economic interventionism in general, I forgot the largest centralization scheme of the them all. That being the mnay plans for some sort of world government, be it the League of Nations, the UN, or the various supernational entities (eg. the EU) which form the prototype for such larger unions. Obviously the principles which apply to nations apply the same to world government, but there are some specific details unique to world-wide government. And so I would like to look at this specific topic in more detail.
I am rather exhausted right now, and officially still on vacation (despite all my writing today), so I am not going to try to get it done now, but in the next few days keep checking back as plan to write about it very soon.
