I am afraid for the second time I have to beg your forgiveness for not putting up a "Stupid Quote" page. Last time it was because I was ill, this time it is a combination of illness and a bad concept. I started to write the second half of the post I started yesterday ("
Stupid Quotes of the Day (January 8, 2012)"), when I realized that it just wasn't working. And, by the time I started to look around for another quote to use, I felt bad enough that I just didn't have the energy to write anything new. And so, for the evening, I have to ask you to forgive me a second omission. If I can find two good quotes tomorrow, and feel well enough to comment on both, then I will try to post a belated quote for today. Otherwise, I will at least pick up the thread again tomorrow with a new quote for the 10th.
